About the tasks of the recruitment process automation project
The team was engaged by the client to connect and subordinate all companies and divisions to unified digital standards and business processes for recruiting tasks. Thus, the HR and IT departments of Biosphere Corporation, having engaged IT-Interprise specialists, brought HR processes to a new level of efficiency in 4 months, which will allow developing and strengthening the team and attracting the best industry professionals.

- analytics of the recruitment process in different sections: by recruiters, by positions, by periods, etc.
