Production of automotive electronics

Since 1992 VTN produces automotive electronics products for Ukrainian market and also for Europe market. Company supplies products to manufacturers of automotive alternators and automotive assembly plants in Ukraine and Bulgaria. Full product range is presented at our website vtnauto.com.

High-quality electronic components of leading worldwide manufacturers like STMicroelectronics, NXP, IR, On Semiconductor, Freescale, Microchip, AVX, Samsung, Epcos, TDK etc are used in production. High-technology rate of production together with gained experience in development of power electronics, working in critical electrical and temperature behavior, enable to guarantee quality and reliability of released products. High level requirements in production are also applied to new product – LED luminaire.

Production of LED luminaries

Through many years’ experience company implements full production cycle of LED luminaries, including case construction, plastic parts molding, LEDs installation, electronic drivers production and completed goods testing.

The quality management system of the company is certified to meet the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015. LED luminaries by VTN comply with requirement of Specifications of Ukraine 27.4-13317508-012:2014, EN 60598-1:2015, EN 61000-3-2:2014, EN 61000-3-3:2008, EN 61547:2009, EN 55015:2013, EMC Directive 2004/108/EC and Directive 2006/95/EC (LVD).
