Ukrainian IT-Enterprise has completed the first stage of automation for an industrial giant in Dubai.
The team of the Ukrainian product IT company IT-Enterprise has completed the first stage of automation of production processes at the Ducab Group (UAE). The solutions implemented by the Ukrainian specialists allowed the international group to significantly increase the level of process control, in particular, the order production cycle was reduced by 20%, the customer order acceptance cycle was accelerated by 5 times, and the re-planning cycle for the entire cable division was optimized from a week to 2 hours.
Working with large, multi-level companies and groups looking for modern solutions to continuously improve efficiency is one of the key competencies of our team. We are a 100% Ukrainian company and for 35 years of work we have experience in automation, implementation of innovations at the largest enterprises of Ukraine, at enterprises that are the whales of the economy in various industries.

The bulk of the project is now completed ahead of schedule. The entire production management loop is in operation: from the top level S&OP (sales and operations planning), MPS (production plan), production resource management (MRPII, CRP), the Ukrainian team’s IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) solutions to ensure integration with equipment, integration with SAP and Salesforce systems. As part of the project, Ukrainian IT-Enterprise specialists also implemented their MDM (Master Data Management) and MDI (Master Data Integration) solutions. Management and production staff now work on smartphones and tablets in real time. As part of the project, modern Industry 4.0 solutions were implemented: SmartFactory and Digital Twin.
This is just one example of how Ukrainian IT finds opportunities to work despite all the challenges of today. I confess that now, looking back at this year, when the IT-Enterprise system is already in commercial operation and the first stage of work has been completed, I am even prouder of our team.
